Meghan Phillips was a 2020 National Endowment for the Arts Literature Fellow. Her flash fiction chapbook Abstinence Only is available from Barrelhouse Books. Her short fiction has been anthologized in Best Microfiction 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 and The Best Small Fictions 2019. Phillips received her BA from McDaniel College and her MA from James Madison University. She lives in Manheim, PA, just ten minutes from her hometown.
